We purchased a whole house standby generator that was installed by Jason, Christian and Ryan. These gentlemen are knowledgeable and professional. They truly care about the quality of their work and satisfying the customer. They were courteous and diligent and respectful of our property. It was a pleasure doing business with Shepp Electric right from the beginning with Clint's initial visit to assess our electric power needs.

Tried to setup a generator install. Was told they only have dates in October 2021 (6 months later). I guess that must mean business is good but also goes to show they are a very small shop and if you're looking for work to get done, you may want to look elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Shepp Electric. Craig Shepp arrived on time for the estimate and was cordial and professional. He explained what needed to be done, how it would be done and answered my questions. I picked Shepp Electric because of their price and their professionalism. My generator was installed on May 26, 2020 by Jason, Charlie, Luke and Joey. The job was done thoroughly and quickly - in about 5 hours.
Each guy in the crew knew what they had to do and they worked well as a team. When the installation was completed they cleaned up the area. I also had them install a new outside light with a sensor and they worked patiently while setting the light angles and sensor activation distance. They were not in a hurry to just get it done, but rather they wanted to do it right. Almost a year later and I have had zero issues with my generator and it has come in handy on at least 3 occasions when the power was out.

They installed generator for our residential facility and never worked from day one. Didn't check to make sure gas lines were correct size, didn't check to make sure the until actually worked, and when contacted wanted to blame other people. Would not use at all zero percent. We are a nonprofit agency and it was a huge expense for us to purchase and install and it was just a large waste of money.
