We did not actually have to wait for this company to send an electrician. They were so helpful over the phone that we were able to correct the problem ourselves. Jackie (hope I have the spelling right) is friendly and helpful and called us back to follow up that the problem had been solved. Based upon this excellent interaction, we will call them in future if we have any serious electrical issues.

During the power outage caused by Tropical Storm Isaias my generator's battery died. I called Danley and got the manager Tina. Tina was absolutely amazing she empathized with me and gave me outstanding customer service. She was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that a service tech came to my rescue as soon as possible. Matt, who was also very nice and professional came out and changed my battery and gave me valuable information on maintenance. The team at Danley is amazing and a life saver. I highly recommend them.
