I needed an electrician's advice ASAP and the review said response time was 2 hours. I called at 8:30am and got a call back at 5:30pm. By then, another electrician had saved the day. The woman who called was very friendly and said she was glad everything worked out. I appreciated the call, but they need to change their response time.

Paul was fantastic in addressing an electrical issue where my AC was not turning on. I was in a jam with a young family on a hot summer day and he graciously spent his time patiently going through all the things that could be the issue and helped resolve the issue. Thank you gentlemen very much! Each light had crystals that needed to be delicately placed, no complaints. Tight fit in the hallway but you got it done! I thought placing a new box and then finding someone to do the sheet rock in the kitchen would be tough but all in one and it looks great. Cyndi kept me in the loop on the date and time. Can also pay online, so easy. I know who ask for help to make my "bright" ideas a reality.

I've been using A1 Electric for over 10 years for all my electrical needs and and for the last 2 years they have also been doing maintenance on my generator. Their work is excellent, their pricing is very fair a nd if you have an emergency or even if you do not they come usually the same day- very reliable. Usually Paul comes here but no matter who they send they do a great job. I highly recommend them. Janet P
