Services
Diagnostic Testing
Our diagnostic testing identifies electrical component failures and performance issues. Utilizing advanced diagnostics, we assess circuit breakers, transformers, and contact kits to determine repair or replacement viability. This service extends equipment lifespan while ensuring operational safety and compliance with industry standards.
Custom Rebuilds
Custom rebuilds restore obsolete or damaged electrical systems to functional condition. Our engineers reverse-engineer parts no longer in production, using precision manufacturing to recreate components. This process preserves legacy systems critical for uninterrupted industrial operations while meeting modern performance requirements.
Spare Parts Supply
We maintain a vast inventory of electrical spare parts, including hard-to-find components. Sourcing from manufacturers like Westinghouse and General Electric, our supply chain ensures rapid availability of breakers, fuses, and contact kits. This capability minimizes downtime for clients requiring urgent replacements.
Apparatus Life Extension
Life extension services maximize the operational lifespan of electrical equipment. Through preventive maintenance and component upgrades, we enhance reliability of aging systems. This approach reduces capital expenditures while maintaining compliance with evolving safety and efficiency standards.
Rental Services
Our rental programs provide temporary electrical solutions during equipment failures or upgrades. Stocking critical components like circuit breakers and transformers, we offer immediate replacements to maintain operational continuity. This service supports planned maintenance and emergency situations with minimal lead time.
