I called Dave's to get an estimate on -replacing the chandelier in our 2 story foyer. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone after asking a few questions about the foyer. I had call two other electricians and had told they would have to come out to give me a quote and would charge me over $100 just to come and give me the quote. Since Dave's was able to give me a good estimate over the phone, I asked them to do the work and to look at some other work I was considering.
They did a nice job, but made a mistake on the length of the chain for the chandelier which I did not realize until after they had left. I called and they had someone out to look at it within a couple of hours of my call! They agreed and arranged to have the crew come back and adjust the chain to the correct length. And as an apology for the error, they did the additional work I had been considering at a greatly reduced price over their original estimate (which had also been a good price). They were very good to work with for the entire transaction. The estimating, scheduling, and on site work. They were very nice and responsive. I will use them for all my future electrical needs.
