Excellent electricians - very reliable and professional. They're busy these days, so it pays to plan ahead with them. If you have a problem they take the time on the phone to really understand what's going on.

Vedder is the only electrician I'll use in the area. Everyone I've dealt with at the company has been conscientious, professional, and performs work of the highest quality. We've had Vedder techs out for two separate service calls, both very involved - one to install a grounding box in the house and another to redo our two prong outlets and install new light fixtures. Both times, the techs were amazing - not only did they do quality work, but they cleaned up all the mess afterwards. And they're just nice people, easy to work with, they explain things patiently and help you make the right decisions for your home and budget. We'll always call Vedder first.

Fantastic. Called them in to solve minor electrical problem. They were super well informed over the phone and immediately diagnosed things. Offered to show up early when another appointment was simpler and shorter than expected. Had friendly demeanor and quickly got things right. Five stars!

This is a Ann Arbor institution as far as electrical work. That being said, I called two times and got no response and finally on the third call got a message saying they aren't taking any new customers they are so booked up. So, I guess if they actually get to you they probably do a great job. But if you need a service now, well, apparently this is not the company to call.

Vedder Electric ran electrical to an outside sub-panel for a hot tub and also hung some fixtures inside. Their quote/proposal was by far the most comprehensive and extremely reasonable. They also were very flexible in scheduling by doing most of the work before the hot tub arrived and then completing the hookup shortly after delivery. This minimized my wait time to begin using the tub. This was my first experience with Vedder and I cannot imagine using another company going forward.
