Frank Niesen Co recently replaced the water line in our yard after it suddenly broke. The company's staff, at all levels that I interacted with, were professional, extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They demonstrated courtesy and responsiveness, consistently answering my questions and phone calls with a live person. Critical: Responsiveness Had them come do a quote for a new waterline. I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately. Service: Installation

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing. Service: Water heater installation
