I had a breaker fail on a Sunday evening. The circuit that my router is on. I work from home and needed my internet connection for work on Monday. I texted Caudill's late on Sunday evening and asked if they could contact me as early as possible Monday morning. I was called before 8 am Monday morning and had Mike here and the problem fixed by 9 am! I am super happy with their responsiveness and work. Mike replaced the part and made sure I understood what the issue was as well as the remedy. Anthony, Justin, Ben, & Ethan have all been great for our needs when we moved into an existing building but it wasn't quite ready for our needs. We contacted David & he sent these guys our way. We explained how many TVs we needed mounted & wiring ran to make the TVs look very neat & clean on the walls in 2 offices & our conference room. The security system panel & camera DVR we had in place upon moving in was old & severely outdated. Now we are able to arm & disarm the system with ease using an app on our phones! Our camera system DVR works amazing & we are also able to view those from an app on our phone. We gave Caudill Electric company 5 stars because we could t give them anymore! The communication with them as far as scheduling & parts on order puts them well above any other electrical company in the Triad!
