Very happy with the excellent service. Had a coax cable cut and lost Internet. Everyone I called was saying they could come 3, 7, 9 days later. I need Internet for work! These folks came on time the next day (called late in the day the previous day.) They got working right away and did great work. They have a new customer! Highly recommended! -Mark

When I called to schedule the staff were very responsive and nice. They did share there was a $59 dispatch fee. When they arrived the next day they listened to our description of the issue, then went to their truck to come back with an estimate.they did not take a meter out and will do nothing to diagnose the issue outside of listening. Part of our description was there was popping sounds in the direction of one of the outlets to which his response what "what does that mean?" Which I thought was odd.
Apparently any minimal diagnosis is part of the estimate. I know they shared the dispatch fee ahead of time but I would have expected more than someone just showing up for that fee on a non-emergent basis. I'm sure they would have resolved the issue if we chose to proceed but we went with another company who was transparent and helpful. Updating to response from owner. Thanks for the quick response! I actually was here while the servicers we're here and provided feedback.
