Wouldn't know how the quality of work is since my appt through the home warranty company was postponed for a later date then waited around all day for the window of time MK3 was supposed to come and was a no show. Not even a response or call back to my 2 voicemails attempting to confirm that someone was coming. Very disappointed in such a highly rated company and still looking for someone, anyone to replace my dimmer switch.

Julius did a great job for a reasonable fee when my elderly father lost his electricity. The reason we gave him two stars is for a non-emergency job he did in our home. His work was excellent but we felt he overcharged us as we made the mistake of not getting a bid upfront. If you plan to use him, just get a price upfront.

I have a Home Warranty but you never know who will respond. Julius is my go to electrician from now on. He is very professional, respectful, in a neighboring town and came a day earlier because he felt bad that my system was faulty from how I described it to him.

He told me everything about my 68 year electrical panel and wiring. Some were incorrectly and dangerously spliced, the basement system with sump pump, washer, , dryer and well pump inadequate. He is honest and I felt completely happy with that he did.

Thorough, knowledgeable and very kind. I had small appliances not working and the issues were diagnosed quickly. Replacements were installed meticulously. No mess was left anywhere and treated my house as if it were his own. Prices for installation/diagnosis very reasonable. Highly recommend this company!

Consumer beware! If I could give 0 stars, I would. For a business that prides itself on honesty and professionalism, they are far from it. Julius was hired to perform work on a very large job and was paid immediately upon request. He lacked professionalism and experience during the few items he worked on, brought his son on the job with him which was a huge safety concern and mocked the homeowner, amongst many other issues. Julius was immediately fired from the job but didn't comply to return the excess funds for which he had been paid for work he didn't complete, and never provided a detailed invoice when given a month to do so. He was given numerous opportunities to remedy his errors, but neglected to do so. BBB has been notified in hopes that no one else will potentially be scammed from this business.

We previously had a line run for an electric range that was installed improperly. The Mk3 associate identified the problem immediately and rectified the issue. He was very friendly and courteous.
