We can not say enough positive things about our experience with KSB. Kevin and James were great! They were very professional, thorough, and clean! We are new homeowners and we had so many questions and ideas. Kevin really did an amazing job steering us in the right direction and gave us some great advice about improving the lighting in our space. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Called KSB Electric when a winter storm came through and my wires attached to the house came down. Kevin responded back to me the same I called. Came over the same day to look things over and set a date for repairs to be done AND was here that day. Very professional, courteous and explained everything so I would understand. I can not say enough how wonderful these guys are. Not only were they quick to respond and come out, they were professional, down to earth and quite literally went over and above to potentially save my family's life by observing an issue that was extremely dangerous and repairing it when all they expected to do originally was install an outlet. We called KSB Electric to help us update our Father's house. We were selling it, and buyers insisted on a new electric panel as well as all new plugs. They knew we were pressed for time, to get it done for the closing, and brought in a whole team of electricians! Not only did they get it all done in one day, but they were professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. We couldn't have asked for any better service! Buyers happy as well.

Kevin was at my property to run electrical for AC and found a couple issues on the outside of my house that I had no clue were going on. He was very polite and walked me through his concerns and didn't pressure me at all to use them but that I really should address it soon. I used them for the job and am very happy with the results.
