My tech is Joshua(is because I will only wait for him to do any and all work) Of course we all know how electricians and many other take advantage and/or sell us with fear. He didn't. He gave me facts, options, future ways to upgrade in a way that is smart and economical. The company he represent is competitive with pricing. I am floored by the interaction. I did not ask if he trained employees or was management, he probably is. If you go with any company go with this one. I promise if you get Joshua you will feel respected, safe, heard.

If I can give more stars I would!!! Angel the office manager has been nothing but lovely, professional, and very easy to work with. Ryan our electrician was in the site on time & identified the issues & what needs to be done withing minutes. I'm thinking on installing a first-time dishwasher. My house was built in the 50's and my kitchen cabinets and area to place the dishwasher are very small and complex. Also, today's code changes are difficult to maneuver through. The dishwasher needs a dedicated Outlet that is not in place currently. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient and came up with a good solution that I am considering. A plummer will need to be contacted to review the potential electrical work.

I called multiple companies and was unsuccessful at getting the help I needed. I called Mr. Electric and Angel answered the phone with a smile. She provided great customer service and was able to get some one out within a couple of hours to provide I needed. When Keiv arrived, he assessed the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done. Keiv was very professional and he to provided great customer service. Our technician, Keith, was fantastic! He was kind and honest. We called Mr. Electric to help us with an outlet that was sparking and Keith did a thorough evaluation of the outlet itself and of our electrical panel and was honest about his findings. Quick response and great service. Called Mr. Electric to resolve a wiring issue in my electric panel that was raised as an issue during a home inspection that was required to obtain homeowners insurance. Having used Mr. Electric before I placed a call to their office and was given a same day appointment. The technician arrived and quickly resolved the issue and provided pictures that indicated that the problem was resolved to the satisfaction of the home inspector. Great service. Thanks

Keiv did an amazing job installing my chandelier and entry light. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including carefully moving a Travetine dining table and modifying the entry light fixture to make sure the front door cleared it upon opening. Needed some work electrical work done quickly as a result of a garage renovation project. I was able to schedule Mr. Electric to come out the very next day using their online scheduling option. They notified me promptly of my appointment and when electrician was en route. Anthony showed up on time and took care of everything promptly and professionally.
