I called at least 4 electrical companies. The longest wait for service was November 4. The shortest was a couple days. The whole house was without electricity after a breaker in the main panel tripped. We just went grocery shopping so the fridge was full. I contacted Bates Electric. They contacted one of their techs. The tech named John I. called me and said he'd be at our house in 50 minutes driving from Brooksville.
He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the faulty breaker. Did some other diagnostics and the electricity was back on. Our house is very old and the old 60 amp breakers can't hold the draw that all the new appliances and devices put on it. The entire panel needs to be replaced but thankful Bates and their tech John saved all the food in our fridge. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I turned to Bates because they specialize in residential EV charging station solutions and installation. Bates represents they are available 24/7 and that's just what I was looking for as a brand new first time EV owner. Sure enough after the installation I ran into an issue with the software of the charging station. I reached out to Bates and they took all the necessary steps to insure the issue I was dealing with would be resolved quickly.
They took the issue I was dealing with seriously and most important took action in a very quick time frame to insure my issue was resolved. and it was before the end of the day. These are good guys you can trust. not the least expensive contractor but one of the best I'll continue to support with our business.
