It's been a couple of weeks since Tom brought me light, and I'd be remiss if I didn't formally thank him and Dawn. I had reached out to three different providers, but InTown gave the most straighforward answers to my questions. Not to mention, the "hospitality" Dawn provided over the phone. I'm all about patience and detail in customer service. My appointment was set for early September, but I got a surprise call in mid-August offering a visit that day. Great!
I hadn't had anyone in my home for many months (Covid fears), but Tom showed up in full protective gear. Financially, I was prepared for the "worst", but the final bill seemed like an illusion. Wow. Tom came in for one particular task, but listened to me, and provided so much more. I said my one disappointment was that he couldn't tune my piano. So.pardon the essay. I just hadn't expected to be this grateful, and wanted to share my appreciation. Again.thanks Tom and Dawn. SHINE ON

Honestly if I was able to would give InTown Electric more then five stars. From the first day we received a quote to the time the project was completed never felt as if we were being rushed. Everything was completed in a well timely matter. Woukd recommend InTown to anyone.

Tom and Lee are top tier when it comes to professionalism, services provided and prompt execution. They were outstanding at all aspects of electrical work needed in our new home. From wiring, fixture issues, electrical outlet work, etc, they were awesome. Highly recommended.

InTown Electric is the best! From the estimate, to the project and on to the final inspection and clean up, our interaction with all of the staff was nothing but positive. The installation of our circuit panel was reasonably priced, completed when promised, and done with care and attention to detail. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend InTown for all electrical services.
