Had improper wiring installed that lead to half my apartment being not hooked up for 6 months. Work that took just days to complete when workers were actually working, left holes in my walls for 5 months. Uncoordinated, unmotivated, and disruptive to your property.

I had a small job only. But they answered their phone promptly, offered to come out within 48 hours, showed up in less time than that, finished the job quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. At one point my wife thought that something had been wired incorrectly. It had not, mind you, everything was done correctly. But before we verified that it was right they politely offered to turn right around and fix it or to come out as soon as it was convenient for us. Not many contractors work this way. Excellent customer service. Will use again!
