Born in Central Pennsylvania, Joe then toured with the United States Air Force where he worked with F-15s during the Gulf War then resided in Virginia prior to returning home and settling in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Following Joe's service, his electrical experience included new construction, maintenance, Hershey Park roller coasters and security systems / high voltage at the Harrisburg Capitol.
