The Radle team was very friendly and professional and fixed my electrical problems efficiently and thoroughly. They explained the causes of the problems and how they planned to fix them without trying to upsell me services I didn't want or need. Friendly and professional, but overpriced. paid $230 for a diagnosis. No equipment, no installation, no hardware, no heavy technical work. We had a flickering/crackling light fixture, and after a short testing period our technician told us there was no issue and that our new fixture must just be bad. He was very friendly and patient, so no issue there. The issue is the company's price gauging. $230 for a brief visit to have someone say "there's no issue" seems unethical.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Radle Electric. From calling to setup the appointments with Amy to Jake and his assistants completing the work, everyone was so friendly and professional. Our home is over 60 years old and we needed to have a complete electrical overhaul. We had all the indoor and outdoor light fixtures replaced, had two outdoor lights installed, updated all of the outlets and switches, added outlets to two bathrooms, fix the doorbell and had them add ceiling fans with lights to three rooms.
Before we even contacted them, we were scared of the cost, but it was much less than we thought and the quality of their work was outstanding. Plus they were very friendly with our cats and veteran owned. We definitely recommend using Radle Electric.
