I needed a plumber to unhook and reattach my faucets in the kitchen and bathroom as a result of installing new countertops. I was able to call less than a week in advance and get this service scheduled. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She stayed on top of contacting me about dates/timings. I was one of Rapid Services earliest customers 34 years ago, and recently had them replace a shower valve, rebuild another shower valve and replace the well pressure tank and filter. Their high-quality service and materials are just as good today as they were all those years ago.
