I have a Generac GP7500E gasoline generator that a last used during hurricane Sandy. It would not start. I called them. They came in about two weeks. It was diagnosed as needing a new carburetor. They ordered it and it and they came back with the new carburetor in two weeks. It started immediately. They gave an accurate estimate and are friendly and competent. Each service call cost $225. The cost of a new generator would have been about $1.300 with delivery. The repair was worth it and I will have an electric company that I can depend on in the future. I definitely would recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality 0 Stars if I could, simply for how their drivers drive. Almost hit me 3 times on different occasions and tailgating. Would never hire based on that experience.
