We had a toilet blow out on a Sunday, of course, and our usual service provider couldn't help us. So I Googled and came up with Hutchins, which I'd seen around but never used before. We spoke to someone, explained the issue, and got an arrival window. The guy showed up right at the start of his window and got the issue resolved quickly. He was professional, pleasant, and did a great job. The charge we paid was more than reasonable, no extra fee for weekend work (it was less than we'd paid a different provider during the week, so there you go). We will definitely be calling them again if we have any more plumbing issues.

I've been looking for a plumber for a couple of years and called Hutchins for a leaking faucet. Gann and Timothy came out and did an amazing job. They gave me the information of what they would have to do upfront so there were no surprises, showed me the issue that needed to be replaced, and left it looking brand new. They're easily the two most professional, personable, and cordial repair men I've had at my house. They've definitely earned my future business.
