I would say Bill Lopez is wonderful, he has been to my house twice now and was very good at explaining what needs to be done. He does a great job at finding the problem and resolving it, I had my living room lights and television go off and not sure why but he came to the rescue! Called him back again to hook up a spa and again great service. He is a one of a kind guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

When you don't power for the TV, it's serious. Call Billy at 9:30am and explained my problem. Very profrssional and frienly on the call. He was out that afternoon at estimated time. Very through troubleshooting identified the issue and was corrected. Very please with his work and i enjoyed walking throught the troubleshooting process with him. Highly reccomend to any potential residential customer. Bill B.

WOW! WOW! 15 stars for Billy Lopez, the owner. What a guy! I had an emergency and I called several electric companies who could not come for days and was put on hold forever. and I had no power, no computer and no wi-fi working from home. This angel named Billy Lopez from Budget Electric, was able to fix it all immediately by FaceTime and no charge! I would have been super happy to pay him! So I'm going to use him again and again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I told him I would gladly recommend him as the prefect electrician. FAST FREE and FUN

WOW! 15 STARS for Bill Lopez is the greatest electrician in San Diego! I had an electrical emergency.no power, no wi-fi, no computer and I had called 4 other electricians and was put on hold for long amounts of time with no appointment. Then I called Billy Lopez at Budget Electric. OMG, he directly answered the phone himself, and talked me through FaceTime and fixed my problem with no charge plus extra suggestions for labeling my panel.
I told him I would be very happy to pay him but he said "no charge". So I am at least writing him a review instead. So if you want the best electrician in town. FUN FREE and KNOWLEDGEABLE.call Billy. (I can't guarantee the free part. I think I was just lucky).

Billy came over right after I spoke with him and fixed my electrical issue. I'd been on the phone all day trying to find somebody who could help me out and he was the first person who listened to my concern and had a quick solution. He was a lifesaver! He also seemed knowledgeable about other professionals in the area if I needed them and was more than fair with his price!
